Jen Vuhuong (Vu Thi Huong) is an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. She graduated as the top student in the Master's program in International Management in the UK (Chevening British Government Scholarship Program) and holds a Master's degree in Business Innovation and Engineering Management from Spain (Erasmus European Scholarship Program). She is the founder of the HEC International Entrepreneurs Community and the LICA Leadership Innovation Coaching Academy. Additionally, she is the program director of the SIC (S-Growth Innovation Coaching) Leadership Innovation Coaching Program and the Lab2Market program, which incubates innovations and brings them to market (BK Holdings - Hanoi University of Science and Technology).
Jen has over 15 years of experience in training, coaching, community building, and developing human potential and leadership innovation programs for members from over 30 countries. She is the author of seven books on personal development and leadership potential. Jen has more than five years of experience working with international engineering organizations such as Samsung (Vietnam) and Dell partner Emerio (Malaysia). She has been a TEDx speaker (2018, 2019) and is the current champion of Vietnam's Toastmasters Public Speaking Competition (2019, 2020, 2023).
Jen is the first Vietnamese to achieve the "Senior Practitioner Coach" level of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) (2022) and the second Vietnamese to earn the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) title from the 100-year-old leadership and public speaking organization "Toastmasters International." She is the first Vietnamese woman to be listed as a Southeast Asia Future Leader in the Training Category (2020) and was named among the Top 50 Kind Leaders in the Asia-Pacific region (2021).
